GET TESTED LIKE A PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE USING THE VALD FORCE PLATE ASSESSMENT SYSTEM IN MELBOURNE!
If you want to know exactly how strong & fast your muscles are, we can tell you!
If you want to get the best results from your strengthening and rehab program, you need to stop guessing and start measuring.
To help you become the strongest and injury proof version of you, we use the VALD Human Performance system.
This technology was previously only available to elite sports teams, though is now at the Blackburn and Essendon clinics.
We use force plates that you can push, pull, jump, hop and land on to measure how you move, how strong you are, and how balanced the forces that your muscles generate are.
You can then easily track how you are progressing on your strengthening and exercise journey, in order to achieve your performance goals.
Do you know HOW STRONG YOU REALLY ARE? VALD STRENGTH TESTING IN MELBOURNE
If you don't know where you are starting from, how do you know where you are going?
This could not be more true for a strengthening or rehabilitation program. Knowledge is power.
We have treated over 20,000+ happy clients across our clinics, and firmly believe that the VALD system is your next step towards your performance goals.
If you are recently injured, or have had an issue for a long time, and your current treatment and program isn't yielding the results you want, then we firmly believe the VALD system will give you the insight, information and tools to get you back on the path to recovery and living a life without pain again.
WHAT'S THE PROCESS AND HOW DOES THE VALD SYSTEM ACTUALLY WORK?
It's really simple actually.
When you book a VALD consult at Melbourne Sports Physiotherapy you'll be seeing one of our expert physiotherapists.
During your initial session, we'll listen to you as you explain what you want to gain by seeing us, and then we'll take you to our gym areas to use the VALD testing equipment.
After completing a selected number of tests, your physio will explain what the testing results show, and then discuss what needs to be implemented in order to maximise your improvements.
Once you have the baseline measures, it's ideal to reassess in 6-8 weeks for a follow up assessment to check and monitor your progress. You can then set new targets or goals to work towards, and then get started on improving your body to become fitter, faster and stronger.
Depending on your injury or niggle, we may reassess in another 6-8 weeks, repeating until your results are what you need.
If you are unsure whether an VALD assessment is the right thing for your body, please call us on 03 9498 0205 and we will happily answer any questions you may have, and you can arrange a phone call with one of our expert sports physiotherapists.
Alternatively, send an email through to [email protected] outlining your query, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
