The Process: How Our Strength and Conditioning Actually Works
It's really simple actually.
Most people are already seeing our team for 1:1 physiotherapy consultations to overcome their initial injury.
Once the pain starts to trend downwards, it's time to get started in the gym, and often people do some work in the gym during their 1:1 physio sessions.
The next step is to join our group sessions which may have 4-8 people in a session, where each person is working on their own custom built plan and a physio, and possibly a strength & conditioning person, is helping to guide, correct and progress the work being done.
This allows people to work out in a safe, controlled and progressive environment, tailored to them achieving their outcomes that have been set in the initial sessions.
We often combine the programming with a VALD force plate strength testing session and data, so we can be sure that you're making the gains you set out to do.
We do have the options for 1:1 sessions, and we also begin with a 1:1 session to lay out the plan, unless you're already seeing our team and have a rehab plan in place.
