As highly skilled soft tissue therapists, we will determine your specific needs by first taking a thorough history, including a comprehensive physical evaluation which will look closely at your complaint in relation to your posture, strength, range of motion and biomechanics. We will ask questions directly related to the nature and onset of any injury as well as any specific goals for post recovery. There may also be questions regarding lifestyle, physical activity and medical history.
We will use this to help determine your specific needs and the best course of action to enable you to reach your treatment goals. Depending on the nature of the injury we will then implement the appropriate treatment, utilising the following modalities or techniques:

Joint Mobilisation Technique – gentle passive movement of a joint to help restore range of motion
Contract - Relax Stretching – utilising isometric contractions whilst holding a stretch to help improve range of motion
Following treatment, we will retest movements as necessary to determine treatment outcomes and plan for future sessions if required. They can also provide advice on stretches and mobility exercises that will help you restore and maintain function and get you back to doing what you love!
