That's why we're investing in leadership.
We're looking for a Clinic Manager to lead our Blackburn and Malvern East clinics—someone who genuinely enjoys developing people, strengthening teams and creating an outstanding experience for both patients and practitioners.
This isn't a traditional management role.

About Us
Melbourne Sports Health Group is home to Melbourne Sports Physiotherapy and Melbourne Podiatry Clinic.
Every day, our teams help people move better, recover from injury and return to doing what they love.
Behind every great practitioner is an exceptional administration team, and behind every exceptional team is strong leadership.

You'll recruit, onboard, coach and mentor administration team members, helping them grow into confident, capable professionals who take pride in delivering outstanding service.
Protect the Clinic Experience
You'll ensure our clinics operate professionally, consistently and efficiently by supporting practitioners, maintaining high operational standards and continually looking for ways to improve the patient experience.
Lead Great Clinics

Take ownership and enjoy making things better.
Experience in healthcare, allied health or medical administration is highly regarded, however we're equally interested in exceptional leaders from other customer-focused industries who align with our values and leadership philosophy.
