Jess graduated from La Trobe University with both a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree and a Masters in Physiotherapy Practice. To quench her passion for sports medicine knowledge, she has returned to La Trobe University to commence her Masters of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy.
She has a keen interest in treating sports-related injuries having worked with both male and female athletes in a variety of high-level sporting environments including both state and national netball teams, TAC level football and National Premier League soccer.
Jess is currently working with Carlton’s VFLW team as the head physiotherapist.
Jess is passionate about helping athletes of all levels return to sport as well as treating common musculoskeletal conditions, including issues related to the neck and pregnancy.
Jess is dedicated to empowering you to understand your condition and achieve your short and long term goals through individualised exercise rehabilitation and various manual therapies, including dry needling. She has the skillset, and the experience to make you feel fantastic again, and get you back on the sporting arena as quickly as possible.
Outside of work you will find Jess exploring local cafes or walking her beloved Labrador Leo.
Whilst English is Jess's first language, she does speak some Greek.
