Jacqui consults from the North Melbourne and Essendon clinics.
Jacqui graduated with from The Doctor of Physiotherapy at Melbourne with Distinction, after obtaining a degree in Exercise and Sport Science.
Prior to joining Melbourne Sports Physio, Jacqui has worked in private practice in Melbourne and the UK.
She has a keen interest in working with recreational athletes to help the meet their personal sporting goals.
Whilst working in the UK, she worked with elite rowing, Richmond Gymnastics Club and Fulham and Putney running clubs.
Locally, Jacqui has worked with Yarra Valley VAFA (AFL), Eastern Ranges TAC (AFL) and as an intern, she worked at Geelong Football Club (AFL).
During her time working within these organisations, she provided running assessments to injured patients, as well as for improved performance.
Jacqui endeavors to actively involve her patients in the rehabilitation process through education of their condition, and how to prevent recurrence, so that you can stay out of pain, and live life to the fullest.
Jacqui's special interests include:
- Middle-long distance running injuries and biomechanical assessment of the lower limb.
- Ankle injuries
- Post-operative and conservative ACL injury rehabilitation.
- Neck pain
- Knee Pain
- Shoulder Injuries
- Lower limb tendinopathies
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
