Fiona consults from the Essendon clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Fiona is a Titled Sports Physiotherapist with extensive experience working in elite sport, performance medicine and private practice, since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2004.
Fiona utilises manual therapy skills and dry needling, biomechanical assessment and specific exercise to treat acute and chronic sporting and musculoskeletal conditions. She is passionate about developing athletes, both recreational and elite, to their fullest potential, incorporating a holistic approach to management.
Fiona is the AFL Women’s team head physiotherapist at the Western Bulldogs Football Club since their inauguration, having previously worked with the clubs’ successful VFL and AFL premiership sides in 2016.
Fiona has previously worked with Cirque du Soleil, travelling with the Big Top show “Corteo” through South America as Head Therapist and Performance Medicine Supervisor, and continues her passionate involvement with the local circus and gymnastics community.
In 2018, Fiona is delighted to be working at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games with the gymnastics competition.

At Melbourne Sports Physiotherapy, Fiona offers clinical consultations from the Essendon rooms. She also instructs one-on-sessions and small group studio pilates classes of up to 3 people.
