Bethany consults from Essendon (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays) and North Melbourne Clinics (Monday and Thursdays).
Bethany completed her training in the UK having worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in the private, public, and sports sector. She has extensive experience working closely with orthopaedic surgeons. She developed her special interest in upper limb injuries working in a busy hand clinic and going on to write protocols for fracture management, which are now used in several UK teaching hospital.
Bethany is particularly interested in a holistic approach to treatment, to get to the route cause of your problem, and to achieve a complete recovery and achieving your goals.
Having competed internationally and winning National Championships in both sailing and cheerleading, Bethany has a great understanding of the demands of an elite athlete.
Bethany uses the latest evidence based assessment and treatment methods to ensure her patient’s injuries are correctly diagnosed and rehabilitated.
She has extensive experience in interpreting scans, manual therapy, dry needling and exercise prescription and education.
Bethany’s Special interests include:

Sporting injuries (incl sailing, rugby and cheerleading)
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome
TMJ (Jaw) pain or dysfunction
Outside of Physiotherapy Bethany enjoys yoga, pilates, brunch and travelling.
