Now its time to step things up, and get some motion into the knee.
As we are working in the inner range of the knee, it puts very little load through the patello-femoral joint, so is great for those people who have knee cap tracking issues.
It's safe, and very easily controlled as to how much load goes through the leg.
The single leg swiss ball knee extension is also a great substitute when you don't have a leg press handy.
